My good friend and neighbor told me how to make this easy exfoliator and I am so thrilled with it I want to post it here:
Equal parts
Olive Oil and
Sugar
So easy! The only trick is making sure you don't slip and fall in the shower after you use it.

That's awesome! I have to laugh though because I do use a sugar scrub in my shower (salt scrubs flare up my eckzema) and poor Erik almost slipped on the oil in our shower! So now when I use that and my baby oil I make sure to rinse.
ReplyDeleteRinse with what? Water? Bar soap? LOL I notice that after a few baths it seems to be OK again but the first time or two after it is just plain dangerous!!!
