Amish Sugar Cookies
Made these with Christopher and his comment was that "they really do melt in your mouth!"
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
