Yellow Cake



This is a perfect base for Pineapple Upside Down cake, or you can use it as a short cake and add fresh fruit and whipped cream. 

Yellow Cake
1/2 C. margarine
1 1/3 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
